No company, including InventHelp, can guarantee that your invention will be successful or result in sales. However, InventHelp helps improve your chances by offering expert guidance, professional services, and connections to companies that review new product ideas.

InventHelp does not file patents directly but refers clients to independent, licensed patent attorneys who can assist with the legal process of securing a patent. This includes preparing and filing patent applications and offering legal advice related to intellectual property.
